 2  Independent   rooms each with twin beds and en-suit facilities.  Each room has a fridge and tea making  facilties  and its own  private terrace.

The  Price per ROOM    is   based on 2 people  sharing. Our prices are very competitive so we do not discount for single occupancy.       
                                                                               
Rate per night ... LOW season SEPTEMBER - JUNE   Euro 60 per NIGHT  per ROOM

                           HIGH season JULY - AUGUST  Euro 70 per NIGHT per ROOM

            In high season we can only accept bookings for a minimum of 5 nights. 

         20 % deposit (Sterling or Euro) is required on booking.

                  We can meet and greet at BRINDISI or BARI airport Euro 30 or 50 respectively.

                          The villa is not suitable for childre under 10 years of age
